hyper-realistic pencil era
early 2000s
I became obsessed with photorealistic pencil drawings. Those pointy white shading sticks went everywhere with me. I loved making things look exactly like the reference.
2013-2018
My “Growing Up” Design Years
I started in the communications department of the medical school in my hometown, then became a packaging designer for a national brand… then worked as a brand + web designer for a real estate marketing agency.
In 2018, I went freelance and never looked back.
2021
The Awakened One Era
My Etsy shop, Awakened One, began as a fun side-project and is still lovingly alive today. It’s home to my spiritually-rooted artwork, prints, and artistic creations.
2023
The Meditation Deck
Michael and I spent over a year and a half creating the Truly Aligned Meditation Deck—60 hand-drawn illustrations and a whooole lot of heart. We launched it in 2024! Holding that first sample felt unreal. Still does.
2025
PresentCard, My Heart in Paper Form
Then came the divine download: a card that gifts presence, not just paper.
Michael and I followed the nudge, built the brand, prototyped, refined, and launched. We attended two wholesale trade shows that summer and introduced PresentCard™ to the world.
1990s
I was that kid—always drawing, always colouring, and very committed to staying inside the lines. Luckily, that perfectionism didn’t stick around.
teen years
I flirted with the idea of becoming an architect until life nudged me toward graphic design instead. Turns out it’s the perfect way to turn my love for art into a career! ...still very much obsessed with floor plans.
2020
Spiritual Plot Twist
I dove deep into meditation, personal development, and inner work. That clarity led me to pivot my design business focus on serving coaches, healers, teachers, and heart-led humans who are building meaningful things.
2022
Coming Home to Illustration
I started a daily drawing practice on my birthday and kept it going for six months. It reignited something and brought me back to my illustration roots in the sweetest, most grounding way.
2024
Back to Making Things with My Hands
I revived my love for linocut and painting! I released the Follow Your Highest Joy collection, and it made everything clear—I’m meant to balance digital design with tactile, handmade art.
Now
Living the Multi-Disciplinary Dream
Yep—I’ve embraced this multi-passion path fully. Design, illustration, handmade art, brand creation, product development…it all fits so perfectly, and feels completely me.
Everything I’ve explored, every pivot and project, has shaped how I show up today—not just as a designer or artist, but as a creative partner who truly cares about the energy and intention behind what you’re building.
